ok so all day today ive been trying to get into the server but it says this in console each try.

Is it just the server down, or is it my problem?

Are you using any cheats for CS:S?

As my score always shows no... But i got right in after 2 more tries. I just donno what it is that causes this sometimes.

Edit: I just checked my vac and it says im in good standing.

My log shows thoes 2 cant use cheats also... dunno what it is i've never touched my config file put everything in autoexec.

It might just be a little hiccup with VAC. You made it in though so all's good. Let us know if you run into any more problems.

Most of the time when that shows up it's something to do with the config file and not cheats. You can get those warning by having stuff in your config like "r_3dsky 0" and other such tweaks which are more for getting better gameplay by turning off some of the eye candy. Some of them were designated 'cheats' by VAC until several months after release when people found they could get an average of 20+fps increase by turning off the 3dsky. Why that is considered a cheat I'll never know. It seems to be more of a conspiracy to get people to buy new graphics cards.

I wouldn't get too worried about it.
