Where the **** did all you bitches go?? cuz teh server's getting kinda lonely!

I'm hoping for some better luck this weekend. For the past week + starting at about 6:00 my ping goes from it's normal 10 - 20 to 125 - 200. I haven't had time to deal with Comcast this week....that's comeing tonight or tomorrow.

My ping is perfect all day while I'm at work...goes to crap at night:mad:

yeah, the server has been kinda empty a lot.

One thing I would suggest is shorten the map rotation list. The map that really brings in a lot of people is dust2 and office. So would it be possible to have the server linger on dust2, office, aztec and italy. The other maps can be voted on.

There's one server I play on that has d2 on a two hour slot with two other maps taking only 20min slots. It's always full or nearly full.

Maps that tend to empty the server are train and prodigy.

So:

d2 (2hours)
aztec (30mins)
office (30mins)
italy (30mins)
dust (30mins)

Would be my suggested map rotation.

I'm going to change up the rotation tonight. Short and simple, just like Mr. said:)

Ya it seems like whenever I want to play the sever is empty but when im at work and can't play the server is filled.

Well all that I did to get a regular crew in my server is give a clan(not duw) member chopped admin powers. This worked because he has about 7 clan members that always come and play on the server.

But thats the DUW server, not csgz!

I shortened the map rotation to just include some base maps like dust, dust 2, office, etc. Seems to have helped quite a bit.

My connection is actually working better today too...going to jump on and kill some bastards in a bit:cool:
