It appears that someone had in fact hacked my account and used it, to cheat none the less :( meaning I don't know if I'll be able to get on the server since VAC has my account banned in some cases :(

Unfortunately since it's been VACed you won't be able to join any secure servers. That sucks royally. The only way around it is to get a new copy. :(

Is there nothing they can do to unlock the account or give you a new Steam ID? Maybe after a system scan for hacks...or compare the IP of the haxor to your current IP?

There must be a way to trace who used your account!!
