everythings working fine up until right whenever i connect with the game, it shows about a nano second of the map than my display driver freaks out. its a driver starting with IA I think. the screens goes to black shortly after displaying the error message with a _ but it wont allow typing. its annoying buying a game to play the same night being im off tomorrow....... what a ruined night off :(

im gettin like 13 fps on the video stress test really not too good
Mr.
Yeah, that's a very low score for the stress test. From the looks of it your system requirements are barely above the minimum to run CS:S.
Do you have any problems running HL2 or any other Source-based mods?
First thing would be to check if there are any updated drivers from your laptop manufacturer or directly from intel for their gfx solution. If you can, please get more info on the error code.

i downloaded a set of new drivers and now the error codes gone but this pos laptop cant handle the game obviously. now i can actually play but its really really bad and starts to freeze up even more when gettin in combat
Mr.
Yeah, I thought that might be the problem. :(
Your specs are barely above the minimum for HL2 and CS:S tends to use up more cpu and graphics power then HL2 just because it has to update more.
I would look at some of the other posts on this site regarding how to increase your FPS which will at least enable you to play the game but it won't look so pretty. You really need a config that turns down all the eye-candy and possibly run in directx 8 to further reduce load on your gfx card.
If you're having a hard time with the config PM me with your email and I'll send you my old config file which has a number of improvements to boost frames which may help you.
