Sounds like it should "run" CS:S but you could give more info about the cpu and you will most likely have to use lower settings due to your intergrated video. I would suggest you pick up a video card, never had any experience with the geforce 6100 mobos but I can't imagine they would be that great.

That setup should be good enough to get you going :)

Should be fine as long as your next expecting jaw dropping eye-candy!

As a first step, run at 8x6 with everything on low then work your way up from there.
