Soldat I did not just here that come out of your mouth! CS is very unhealthy... makes you stay up late.. go to land parties and drink and get fat. You sit for prolonged periods and get wrist problems/neck/back.

Killer Penguin what events in track to you run? I run the 800 meter and 1600. You live in Charleston, NC?
