just wondering how to make ur crosshair steady, when u're shooting ??

I used "cl_dynamicrosshair 0" to make my crosshair steady when i am walking, but my question is, how to make the crosshair steady, how can make our crosshair steady when we're shooting?? coz, i saw some people do that...
