any web sites that u can play cs

You can't play the full version of Counter-Strike Source at a website. You have to buy a copy (either at the store or via download) install it on your PC, then find a server that's running the game. We have a server, the IP address of our server is in my signature in this post.

I take it you haven't played before? It's a great FPS game if that's your thing.
