Any way to change the weapon stats so they go by kills instead of ratio? I know i use the scout the most but since im only like a 3:1 killer with it i dont rank high.

I don't think the weapon stats are configured right (and I don't know how much control you have over that). It's calculating kills/game not kills/death which means a guy who kills with a shotgun twice in one game and never comes back has a higher "rank" than a guy who has 30 kills across 20 games.
It should be weapon-kills:weapon-deaths, I think.
