I was made aware of a question regarding our contest that was posted in another forum. It's a good question:


I am wondering though, there was another contest as well and I'd like to still submit my level there, would that be ok or be put under this category:

"Submitting a map that you did not make specifically for this contest (or someone else's map all together) will get you disqualified from the contest."

The answer to this question is no, you would not be disqualified under this scenario. It's perfectly fine to submit a map that you made before this contest ever even started - so long as it contains the www.csgamezone.com reference and it's your work. I'm aware of the other contest and am sure quite a few people would like to submit to both - that's A-O-K with us. The primary intent of the quote above from the rules was to prevent people from stealing maps to submit.

I'll reword the official rules to make this a little clearer.
