I dont like the fact that stats that we use are stupid and cant tell the differance between myself when playing CS under name [MAWGWKCKA]MartinX and [CSZG]MartinX, two names with same STEAM ID and still stats rank two names seperatly. Can this be fixed?

It's on the list of things to look into.

Hmm I dont know, I think I would **** up more that make good fixes....well you can give it a try but make some good backups of stats. :-)
